Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

  • Dropshipping Model: Svoketa.com operates on a dropshipping model. This means that we do not hold inventory ourselves. When you place an order, we purchase the item from our suppliers, and they ship it directly to your designated address.

  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be sourced from different suppliers. This means your items might arrive in separate packages and at different times. We will do our best to inform you if your order will be split into multiple shipments.

  • Processing Time vs. Shipping Time:

    • Processing Time: This is the time it takes for our suppliers to prepare your order for shipment, including product verification, quality checks, packaging, and sending it to the shipping carrier. This typically takes 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

    • Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the package to travel from the supplier’s warehouse to your delivery address.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

Given our global network of suppliers, estimated shipping times can vary significantly depending on the product, the supplier’s location, and your delivery address.

  • Standard International Shipping: Most orders typically arrive within 7-20 business days after processing. However, in some cases, due to factors beyond our control (such as customs delays, postal strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues), delivery can take longer, potentially up to 30-45 business days.

  • Specific Product Shipping Times: For certain products, specific shipping estimates may be provided on the product page. Please always refer to the product page for the most accurate shipping estimate for that particular item.

  • Expedited Shipping: Currently, we primarily offer standard international shipping. Expedited shipping options may not be available for all products or destinations due to the nature of our dropshipping model. 3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

  • Recipient Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. We cannot predict what these charges may be.

  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees or taxes, the package may be returned to the supplier or destroyed. In such cases, we may not be able to issue a refund for the order or the shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.


6. Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to the supplier because it was unclaimed or not picked up from the local post office, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

  • Contact Us: If you realize your shipping address is incorrect immediately after placing an order, please contact us at info@svoketa.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the address before shipment, but this is not guaranteed due to rapid processing.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost in Transit: While rare, packages can sometimes get lost in transit. We will investigate the issue with the supplier and carrier and work towards a resolution, which may include a reshipment or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) immediately and contact us at info@svoketa.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging materials. This will help us process a claim with the supplier and carrier and facilitate a replacement or refund for you.


8. Order Cancellation and Changes

  • Limited Window: Due to the fast-paced nature of dropshipping, we have a very limited window to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed. Orders are typically sent to our suppliers for processing within a few hours of being placed.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has entered the processing phase.
